CIS rebar export offers

SteelOrbis has learned that CIS producers have been offering rebars to the export market at price levels of $910-930 FOB Black Sea on actual weight basis for October shipments.

It is heard that the CIS producers have been experiencing difficulties in giving offers to Europe and the Middle East due to the decline in the end-user demand and the decreasing prices in those markets.

 

 

 
CIS billet export offers
SteelOrbis has learned that the CIS producers have been hesitating to give offers in the declining market. However, it is heard that the offer price level for the CIS origin 3SP-5SP billets for export is at $750-770/mt FOB Black Sea for October shipments. It is also heard that there are lower price levels in the international traders compared to the abovementioned price levels.
